Shipping Policy
Maison Reserve works with our coffee fulfillment partner to roast, package, and ship orders directly to our customers.
Processing Time:
Most coffee orders are processed and prepared within 1–5 business days before shipment. Once shipped, standard ground delivery can take an additional 1–5 business days depending on the customer’s location.
Shipping Confirmation:
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Maison Reserve is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping Delays:
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable.
